Announcement of Corporate Headquarters Relocation

The headquarters of SII NanoTechnology Inc. and its subsidiary Epolead Service Inc. will move from Chuo-ku, Tokyo to Chiba-shi, Chiba and start operations at the new location on May 7th. SIINTfs Sales Department and Application Laboratory will remain in the same location, which will be renamed the Tokyo Office.
